You can select your camera's language
setting by selecting the desired language
from the Language menu.

Photo mode: Displays the number of pictures
still available to take according to the camera
settings and space on the memory card.
Video mode: While recording - displays the
recording time. While in Standby - displays
the time still available to record according to
the camera settings and space on the
memory card.
Playback mode: Displays the image
(photo/video) number.
Slide Show Pause
The Slide Show Pause menu allows you to
select the time each photo is shown on the
LCD during the Slide Show.
Frequency
The options in the Frequency menu
represent the frequency of the electrical
current in fluorescent lighting sources in your
locale. If your camera is set to a frequency
that does not match your country's electric
current, you may see waves on the images
taken by your camera.
