Introduction
The L D E-05 0 D V I R e p eater is a device that can help stabilize and
enhance the digital video signals carried over the D VI cable for longer
distance.

seen in the conventional H D B interface. H ow ever, digital signals can
also suffer from degradation and attenuation due to cabling distance
factors. This D VI R epeater is the solution to extend your D VI cabling
for longer distance yet retains best digital video quality. This D VI signal
enhancement device offers a purely digital D V I-D S in g le Lin k signal
support to offer genuine digital video quality for your Flat Panel
D isplays over longer cable extension over 15 meters*. U sing this D VI
R epeater, you can enjoy digitally clean and clear images over longer
video cable.
Before you install
The L D E-050 D V I R e pea ter provides two D VI-I connectors for video
input/out specifically, and is com patible to purely digital D VI-D Single
Link video signal type. It is capable of enhancing the D VI signal well
over 15 m eters and the biggest resolution support is up to 1600 x 1200
pixels.

Out-of-the-box Installation
S te p 1 . First, connect the external power adapter (DC 9V 1A) to the
D VI R epeater.
S te p 2. U se a D VI video cable to connect the D VI port of your
com puter to the D V I Inpu t port of the R epeater.

S te p 3. Then Connect the D VI video cable of your D VI monitor/Flat
Panel D isplay to the D V I O utp ut port of your R epeater.
S te p 4 . If your computer has not been powered on, you should then
power on your com puter.
S te p 5. C heck the display of your D VI M onitor/Flat P anel D isplay. You
should have a digital display quality that stays as crisp and
clear as it originally is ... .
