Connexions téléphone/télécopieur/

La connexion du câble coaxial à travers le parasurtenseur
permet dans la majorité des cas d'éviter que le
téléviseur/magnétoscope ne soient endommagés.
En cas d'utilisation d'un câble coaxial et si le parasurtenseur a des
prises coaxiales :
1. Connecter la ligne câble/antenne de la source à la prise

2. Connecter un câble coaxial à partir de la prise de sortie
(OUTPUT) du parasurtenseur au périphérique à protéger.
Témoins lumineux
(certains modèles)
• Pour les modèles qui ont un témoin lumineux de
protection, le témoin lumineux doit être allumé quand
l'interrupteur d'alimentation est mis sous tension. Si ce
témoin lumineux s'éteint, cela signi e que le parasurte-
nseur s'est sacri é lui-même pour protéger l'équipement
et qu'il doit être remplacé.
• Pour les modèles qui ont un témoin lumineux de mise à
la masse, le témoin lumineux doit être allumé quand
l'interrupteur d'alimentation est mis sous tension. Si le
témoin ne s'allume pas lors de la mise sous tension du
parasurtenseur, cela signi e qu'il existe un problème de
câblage à la masse. Il convient de contacter un
électricien pour mettre cette prise correctement à la
masse. La connexion du parasurtenseur à une prise qui
n'est pas correctement mise à la masse annulera toutes
les garanties de Dynex.
• Pour les modèles qui ont un interrupteur avec témoin
lumineux, ce témoin s'allume quand l'appareil est mis
sous tension. Ce parasurtenseur fournit une protection
maximale contre les surtensions mêmes si l'interrupteur
d'alimentation est en position arrêt (o ).
• Certains modèles ont un témoin Surge StatMC. Sur ces
modèles, le témoin indique l'état actuel du parasurte-
