Additional Latitude Options
From your Latitude screen, touch
following additional options:
• Map view: Show a map indicating your location. (For more
information, refer to "Maps" on page 125.)
• Location settings:

Location reporting: Choose whether to have your phone
Detect your location, Set your location, or Do not update your
location.

Enable location history: When enabled, tracks changes in
your location.
–
Manage your friends: Add or remove friends who can share
your location.

Sign out of Latitude: Sign out the current Google account.
Lets you change accounts.

Automatic check-ins: When enabled, checks you in when
you arrive at locations you designate.
–
Check-in notifications: When enabled, alerts you with
suggestions to check in at places.
–
Manage your places: View and change your automatic
check-in and muted places.

address.
• Check in: Select your exact location from a pop-up list.
• Refresh friends: Update available friends' locations.
