Confi gure the Switch on settings

Press MENU and select [Switch on settings].

Press Î or ï to select the desired mode, then press OK.
• [Switch on volume]: Defi nes the pre-set volume level
when DIRECTV display is powered on.
• [Maximum volume]: Defi nes the maximum limit of
volume level.
• [Switch on input]: Defi nes the power-on video input.
• [Power on]: Determines the state of the DIRECTV
display when the AC power is provided or restored.
• [On]: Powers on DIRECTV display after the AC
power is restored. (digital signage application)
• [Standby]: DIRECTV display enters standby
mode. (hospitality)
• [Last status]: Returns DIRECTV display to the
same state as before power was interrupted.

Press MENU and select [Control settings].

Press Î or ï to select the desired mode, then press OK.
• [TV RC locked]: Sets the DIRECTV display operative
or inoperative by guest remote control.
• [TV keys locked]: Sets the DIRECTV display operative
or inoperative by local keyboard.
• [On]: The control buttons on the DIRECTV
display are disabled except for the Power button.
• [Off]: The control buttons on the DIRECTV
display are enabled and function normally.
• [All]: All the control buttons on the DIRECTV
display are disabled including the Power button.
• [EcoPower]: Sets the DIRECTV display to reduce the
power consumption.
• [Standby mode]: Choose the standby mode when the
DIRECTV display goes into the standby mode.
• [Green]: When the DIRECTV display is in this
mode, the power is never applied to the satellite
receiver so satellite TV programming is not
available. Energy legislation requires that this is
the default setting.
• [Fast]: When the DIRECTV display is in this
mode, the satellite receiver remains powered so
that satellite TV programming is available and turn
on to program viewing takes less than 5 seconds.
This is the recommended setting.
