[Enable] in BIOS setup Advanced > Trusted Computing.

Clearing TPM Secured Data
When TPM State is set to [Enabled], Pending TPM Operation will
appear. Set this item to [TPM Clear] to clear all data secured by TPM
or [None] to discard the selection.
