Segment a Long Recording into VideoCD size Chunks
For recordings stored at High Quality, drag the playhead to about 32 minutes
into the recording. 32 minutes of HQ video will generally fit onto 700 MB CD-
R/RW media. Choose Export Clip from the File menu and save the first chunk.
Repeat until done. Then burn each chunk to a Video CD. Twice the amount of
time is available for recordings stored in Standard quality.
