Script Action for Creating a Layer
Use the Create SVS Layer script action to create an empty layer. You can then use the
Capture Application to SVS script action to add an application to the layer, or use other
SVS script actions to add directories, files, registry keys, and shortcuts to the layer.

The Initialize SVS script action initializes the SVS Driver (Software Virtualization Agent)
so that you can communicate with it. It is part of all of the SVS specific actions. If you
create a user-defined, SVS-specific action, begin the action with this action.
