To save an item in a different format:
1. From the File menu, choose Save As.
The Save As dialog box appears.
2. Type the file name for the item.
3. Select the file type from the Save as type drop-down list. For more
information about the different file formats, see

4. Click Save.

RINTING ITEMS TO THE PRINTER
You can print any item from the Desktop to the printer. If an item
contains annotations that you don't want to include when it's printed,
remember to hide the annotations first.
To print an item:
1. Select the item. It can be a single item or a stack.
2. From the File menu, choose Print.

In Desktop View, you can also drag the item to the printer link
icon.
