The term of this Contract shall commence upon the date Services are activated by you and shall be for a minimum period of one (1) year. This Contract shall automatically be renewed for successive one-year periods unless you notify NDC in writing of your desire not to renew, or NDC notifies you in writing of its desire not to renew.

14. The sole liability of NDC and any supplier of services to NDC to you for interruptions in Services furnished by NDC or by any supplier of services to NDC will be a prorata adjustment of the fixed annual charges billed by NDC for the period of the inter- ruption.

This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of laws provisions.
