SAFETY HELMET INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
INTRODUCTION
The range of helmets have been designed to provide head protection to exceed
EN397:2012+Al :2012 and ANSI Z89.l-2014. They offer protection to the wearer against
falling objects and consequential brain injury and skull fracture.
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS BEFORE WEARING THIS HELMET
FITTING AND ADJUSTMENT
For adequate protection, this helmet must be adjusted to fit the user' s head.
Unauthorized helmet alterations are prohibited.
Installing the Suspension
1. Turn safety helmet shell upside down. Place suspension inside safety helmet shell with
brow pad toward front bill.

Ratchet suspension: Turn ratchet knob counterclockwise until headband opens to largest
size, Place helmet on your head. Turn ratchet knob clockwise until headband is
comfortable, DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
SUSPENSION HEIGHT
(Vertical) Adjustment:
You DO NOT have to remove the suspension in order to vertically adjust the height. The
suspension has two vertical positions: high and low. A custom fit can be accomplished by
simply pulling the key peg out and inserting it into the desired slot height position on the
headband.
