Setting Meter 4.1 SETUP Option Press the SETUP key to enter setup mode. “ ” SETUP symbol will flash on the screen, Press it again to switch setting states sequentally. Save all previous settings before exiting. If the meter is turned off in the process of setting, setting changes will not be saved.

Put the thermocouple in a known and stable temperature environment (such as in ice bath or dry well calibrator) 2.
