Software Upgrade Highlights
This guide describes the upgraded software
(Android 2.1 with enhanced MOTOBLUR). To upgrade
your phone, see
www.motorola.com/backflip-eclair-upgrade. After
the upgrade, you can:
• use 7 home screen panels (used to be 5): Flick
your home screen left or right to see them.
• choose accounts: Open Happenings, Messages,
or Calendar widgets and touch Menu
• resize Motorola widgets: Touch and hold one,
release it, the drag the arrows in the corners.
• choose from more widgets: Touch and hold an
empty spot, then touch Motorola widgets.
Security
Your contacts are backed up on MOTOBLUR, so don't
worry. Even if you lose your phone, MOTOBLUR can
help you find it or wipe it. When you get your next
MOTOBLUR product, your stored info makes it a snap
to set up with just a username and password.
