Italy: For private use, a general authorisation is required if
WAS/RLAN's are used outside own premises. For public use,
ageneral authorisation is required.
Luxembourg: General authorisation required for network
andservice supply.
Norway: This subsection does not apply for the

Ny-Ålesund.
