Precauzioni di sicurezza Non azionare mai una motosega quando si è affaticati, malati o turbati, o sotto l’influenza di farmaci che possono provocare sonnolenza, o se si è sotto l’effetto di alcol o droghe. Utilizzare calzature di sicurezza, indumenti aderenti e dispositivi di protezione per gli occhi, l’udito e la testa.

Trasportare sempre la motosega con il motore spento, la barra e la catena sul retro e il silenziatore lontano dal corpo. 10. Ispezionare sempre la motosega prima di ogni utilizzo per parti usurate, allentate o danneggiate.
  • Page 6 ITALIANO Precauzioni di sicurezza contro il contraccolpo AVVERTENZA! Il contraccolpo può verificarsi quando la punta o il rocchetto della barra tocca un oggetto o quando il legno si chiude e pizzica la catena durante il taglio. Il contatto con la punta in alcuni casi può provocare una reazione inversa fulminea, spingendo la barra verso l’alto e indietro verso l’operatore.

    ITALIANO 5. Carburante e olio catena Carburante AVVERTENZA! La benzina è altamente infiammabile. Evitare di fumare o avvicinare fiamme o scintille al carburante. Assicurarsi di spegnere il motore e lasciarlo raffreddare prima di rifornire l’unità. Scegliere un terreno spoglio all’aperto per il rifornimento e allontanarsi di almeno 3 metri dal punto di rifornimento prima di avviare il motore.
  • Page 9 ITALIANO Rifornimento unità Svitare e rimuovere il tappo carburante. Appoggiarlo in un luogo senza polvere. Mettere il carburante nel serbatoio fino all’80% della capacità massima. Fissare saldamente il tappo carburante e pulire eventuali fuoriuscite di carburante intorno all’unità. AVVERTENZA! Scegliere un terreno spoglio per il rifornimento. Allontanarsi di almeno 3 metri dal punto di rifornimento prima di avviare il motore.

    ITALIANO Avviamento motore Riempire rispettivamente i serbatoi carburante e olio catena e serrarne saldamente i tappi. Mettere l’interruttore in posizione “I”. Carburante Estrarre la leva aria nella posizione del secondo stadio. Olio catena Lo starter si chiuderà e la leva acceleratore verrà quindi impostata nella posizione di partenza.
  • Page 11 ITALIANO Regolazione carburatore Il carburatore di questa unità è stato regolato in fabbrica, ma potrebbe essere necessaria un’ulteriore regolazione a causa del cambiamento delle condizioni operative. Prima di regolare il carburatore, assicurarsi che i filtri aria/carburante in dotazione siano puliti e freschi e che il carburante sia adeguatamente miscelato.

    ITALIANO Regolare il tappo di copertura in modo che il simbolo “NEVE” sia rivolto verso l’alto e poi riportarlo nella posizione originale nel coperchio del cilindro. Safety precautions Never operate a chain saw when you are fatigued, ill, or upset, or under the influence of medication that may make you drowsy, or if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Use safety footwear, snug fitting clothing and eye, hearing and head protection devices.

    ENGLISH Kickback safety precautions WARNING! Kickback may occur when the nose or tip of the guide bar touches an object, or when the wood closes in and pinches the saw chain in the cut. Tip contact in some cases may cause a lightning fast reverse reaction, kicking the guide bar up and back towards the operator.

    ENGLISH 5. Fuel and chain oil Fuel WARNING! Gasoline is very flammable. Avoid smoking or bringing any flame or sparks near fuel. Make sure to stop the engine and allow it cool before refueling the unit. Select outdoor bare ground for fueling and move at least 3 m away from the fueling point before starting the engine.

    ENGLISH Fueling the unit Untwist and remove the fuel cap. Rest the cap on a dustless place. Put fuel into the fuel tank to 80% of the full capacity. Fasten the fuel cap securely and wipe up any fuel spillage around the unit. WARNING! Select bare ground for fueling.

    ENGLISH Starting the engine Fill fuel and chain oil tanks respectively, and tighten the caps securely. Set the switch to “I” position. Fuel Pull out the choke knob to the second-stage position. The Chain oil choke will close and the throttle lever will then be set in the starting position.

    ENGLISH Adjusting the carburetor The carburetor on your unit has been factory adjusted, but may require fine tuning due to a change in operating conditions. Before adjusting the carburetor, make sure that the provided air/fuel filters are clean and fresh and the fuel properly mixed. NOTE Be sure to adjust the carburetor with the saw chain attached.

    ENGLISH Adjust the icing cap so that the “SNOW” mark faces upwards and then return it to its original position in the cylinder cover. Fix the cylinder cover back into its original position, and then fix all other parts back into their proper positions.
