To cook rice:
Follow package instructions for ingredient amounts.
Place rice and liquid (water, chicken, or vegetable
stock) in a microwave-safe container, _ver

6. CASSEROLE
To cook casseroles:
Serving size is I to 4 cups (250mL to 1L),
Combine the ingredients per the recipe in a 1_to 2-quart

Cover with plastic wrap and vent.
After cooking is compllete, allow 3 minutes standing
time.

To cook fish/seafood:
