Before using the product Charge the Olive & Cradle. When you are using the product for the first time, make sure to remove the protective cover on the earbuds, then follow the instructions below. Before charging the Olive, remove the protective cover on the Olive that covers the charging terminals. -

How to use Answering Calls When there is a wireless connection with your smartphone, you can use the Olive to answer incoming calls. Initial setting If you have any trouble using the product, please contact our customer center. Pairing First, charge the Olive. Before using the Olive for the first time, Charge for charge the Olive for atleast 30 minutes. 30 minutes After downloading the Olive app (see front), Let's pair. -
