Modify requests from the Netscape servers (such as the Netscape Calendar Server
or the Netscape Delegated Administrator) are routed to the appropriate consumer
server. The consumer server uses smart referrals to route the request to the
supplier server responsible for the master copy of the piece of data being modified.
