  • Page 11 Camera Window Parts The Battery Cover Fingerprint Galaxy A12 has a Battery Cover that is clipped to the Sensor Display Assembly. The Battery Cover contains the Fingerprint Sensor, which is connected to the Main PBA by its flex connector. The Camera Window that covers the Cameras is one piece, and can be replaced as a single unit using double-sided tape.

    Disconnect the Battery Always disconnect the Battery whenever working on anything which is voltage sensitive. Tool Required: Disassembly Stick Using the Disassembly Stick, disconnect the Battery from the Main PBA. Confidential Property of Samsung Electronics America, Inc. For Internal Use Only.

  • Page 30 To remove the Battery, apply some Alcohol to the Swab and apply the Alcohol around the edges of the Battery.     Pressing Time: 5 sec • Insert the device in the Press Jig and spin the Torque Wheel until it torques. Wait five (5) seconds before GH81-14467A unspinning and removing the device Confidential Property of Samsung Electronics America, Inc. For Internal Use Only.

  • Page 43 Insert the Main PBA into the Display Assembly and ensure it lays flush. Once the Main PBA is installed, insert one (1) new screw to secure the Main PBA in place.
