    The modules must be kept de-energised during installation. The modules do not serve as a rigid connecting or fastening element. SOLYCO PV modules are suitable for use as part of roof-mounted and ground-mounted systems. For roof- based installations, use materials suitable for the intended use.

    4.3 Fastening with suitable laminate clamps Clamps should not be used when installing frameless modules. Laminate clamps must be approved by SOLYCO Solar AG before installation. The use of non-approved laminate clamps will void any product and performance warranty claims.

    Risk of injury or death from electric shock and electric arc Observe applicable local standards and regulations. SOLYCO PV modules are classified in application class A (certified according to IEC 61730) and comply with protection class II, provided that the electrical installation has been carried out in accordance with regulations.

    Even if the modules are certified according to protection class II, the circumstances may require the installation of equipotential bonding. SOLYCO PV modules have 5.1 mm (Ø) earthing holes (6x) in all four rails, and offer the option of attaching equipotential bonding cables to ground the system.
