    Safety instructions dosing equipment, external vending units, folders or ironer feeders. These circuits are independent of the supply to the machine.     Open the top cover using the tools supplied by the manufacturer. • Fig. 2.1 Remove the upper cover. Adapting the machine: (MS/MG/RMS/RMG613/17/23, EM/MG/REM/RMG033/040/055, HS-6013/17, EH030/040 models only) • Remove the overflow connecting hose. • Open the rear door to the power supply box.
  • Page 12 Bearing and Seal replacement IT IS ADVISABLE TO HAVE THIS OPERATION PERFORMED BY TWO PEOPLE. REMEMBER TO LUBRICATE THE TOOL BOLTS TO AVOID ANY JAMMING. Disassembling the bearing box: • Remove the level sensor tube and the bearing box drain pipe.

  • Page 17 Bearing and Seal replacement • Mount the fixing support M/10. • Fix cable M/13 on the outer part of the shaft extension M/9. • Tighten cable M/13 until the bearing box is centred with the outer drum (Fig. 2.21). • Push the bearing box towards the inside until it fits into the central studs at the base of the outer drum.

Checking the machine Once ALL the washing machine covers are in place and fastened, check the operation and water tightness of the washing machine. DANGER! NEVER START THE MACHINE BEFORE MOUNTING AND FASTENING ALL THE WASHING MACHINE COVERS.

    Door and Lock ACTIONS AND TROUBLESHOOTING ON THE DOOR AND LOCK VERY IMPORTANT!!! After finishing any type of operation on the washer door, the gasket, or the sealing and safety- locking mechanism, it is highly important to check for leaks in the gasket and check the operation of its various mechanisms.

    Door and Lock 3.4.6. Adjustments If performing the above steps rules out the possibility that the problem is due to an electrical fault or the fastening mechanism itself, following adjustments should be carried out. • Check the free movement of the door handle and the fastening catch.

Purpose of the information Due to frequent usage, the springs which form part of the handle and lock system are subject to wear and with time may lose some of their value. This section contains the necessary steps to easily dismount and refit this mechanism and the eventual replacement of the springs.
