The NOMAD is a portable unti and is powered either from batteries (6 x AA cells) 12v DC or USB type C connection. -

Page 10: Power Switch
Allows use of USB power bricks to power the NOMAD D. Line Out This balanced analogue output provides an output from the NOMAD to connect to other audio equipment such as mixers, recorders, headphone amps etc. The audio that is present on the output can be altered in the configuration menu. -

***Please note removing the battery cover will disconnect the battery compartment and make the NOMAD turn off if no external supply is connected. H. SMA Aerials The NOMAD requires 2 antennas for diversity purposes (provides better network connections than just 1 antenna). -

Once a SIM is detected the unit will automaticity reboot ◦ 3. SIM Error ◦ This will show if the NOMAD/LODGE has found a problem with the SIM or it is unsupported 4. SIM Pin ◦ This will show if the SIM is locked. Enter the PIN using the keypad. This screen also shows the remaining attempts left before the SIM locks 5. -
