The Zonet ZEW1690 - 802.11n High Gain PCI Adapter delivers an
incredible speed to your desktop/laptop PC without running wires. It complies with
IEEE802.11n standards, making it backward compatible with IEEE802.11b/g fro assured
compatibility. ZEW1690 adopts the advanced signal-amplification technology and is
equipped with a Dual 7dBi Omni-Directional Antenna. Therefore wireless reception
increases 6 times range of 802.11g standard and reduce "dead spots" in the wireless
coverage area. Advanced 64/128-bit WEP, WPA/WPA2 encryption is supported to provide
secure access for your data. Once you're connected, you can stay in touch with your email,
access to the internet and send large files across the network at greater distances than
ever before. ZEW1690 also comes with a low-profile bracket. Simply replace the
regular bracket with the low-profile bracket to install ZEW1690 into any low-profile PC.
