Owner Responsibilities and Regulations
Responsibility
Owner must have maintenance agreement, follow manual, keep tank clear, ensure access.

Owner responsible for installing and maintaining irrigation as required by Council.
NSW Health and Local Government Requirements
Follow council requirements, get approval, manage effluent, no fruit/veg irrigation.

Warranty commencing on installation date for 15 YEARS.
Mechanical and Electrical Parts Warranty
2 YEARS warranty covering parts and labour (1st year), parts only (2nd year).
Statement of Service Life
Components have MINIMUM SERVICE LIFE of 15 years, mechanical/electrical 5 years.
