If water enters under the fascia, send the unit to an authorised Soniclean service centre for repair. Aerosols Do not switch the ultrasonic cleaning function on without the lid. This prevents possibly dangerous aerosols being emitted from the unit.

To ensure your unit is working effectively, a daily aluminium foil test (compliant with Australian Standard AS2773-2 or equivalent) is recommended. Soniclean recommends the use of 0.025 mm thick aluminium foil. Thicker foil will not work. For consistent results, the use of Soniclean detergents are recommended. -
