- Page 9 Replacement Procedures 5120 Printhead Use the following procedures to remove a 5120 printhead and install a replacement printhead. Removal 1. Turn off the printer by pressing [PRINTER ON]. 2. Release the printhead filter (1) from its clip. 3. Disconnect the printhead catcher fluid tube quick disconnect fitting from the printhead assembly catcher fluid tube fitting (2).
