All Hitachi heat pumps can now be registered for a 7-year parts warranty, covering only the Hitachi components. Any labour charges instead of as an add on, come and talk to us at Freedom HP. for replacing faulty parts are not covered. The Hitachi warranty does not cover, radiators, cylinders, UFH, valves, pumps etc. It is the role of the installer to offer a warranty to the end user covering the heating system including the heat pump.
