Normal Time Display

1. Press A to toggle between time and calendar displays.
2. Press and hold A for 2 seconds to continually flash time and calendar displays. (To return to regular time only display, press A again.)

Time/Calendar Setting

1. From either display, press B to enter setting mode. Year will begin flashing.
2. Press A to increase the digit.
3. Press B to set and advance to next setting value. Press and hold B for fast advance.
4. Setting sequence is year, month, day, 12/24 hour format, hour, minute, seconds.
5. Setting will return to normal time display after seconds are set.
6. If no pusher is operated for 30 seconds, setting will be returned to normal time display.
Note: Day of week will automatically set upon exiting setting mode.
