7.1 Submitting a Customer Care support request
In the event of a problem, contact ESET Customer Care
using the support request form integrated in the program.
In the Help and support section, select Customer Care
support request.
A window will appear where you can enter your contact
information, case type, case issue, as well as your
specific question or issue. Correctly filling in the contact
information is crucial for receiving a prompt response to
your question.
In the Subject field, enter a concise description of the issue
or question. Next, type in as detailed a description of the
issue as possible in the Question or issue description field.
Click Next to proceed to the next step.
