Caution:
1. Never submerge fork in water.
2. Clean with soapy water before every use.
3. Never leave fork in meat while cooking.
4. Do not eat with this shovel.
5. Always use standard AAA batteries.
Operation instruction:
1. Remove back cover to replace batteries use 2 AAA batteries.
2. Press the red "meat" button to turn on.
3. A beep will sound each time a button is pressed. And the light will stay on for 5 seconds.
4. Press red "meat" button again to select from Beef, Lamb, Pork, Chicken and Turkey. The
red light will go on.
The meat type must be selected so the taste can be selected.
5. Press the red "taste" button to select your favorite tenderness.
See the chart below for temperature needed to achieve the desired tenderness.

6. The temperature reading will return to the room temperature after 2 seconds.
7. Insert probe into the thickest/center part of the meat. The beep will sound and the LCD
will blink when the meat has reached the assigned doneness.
8. Hold down the red "meat" button 1 second to turn the device off.
9. Press the "C/F" button on back to select from Fahrenheit to Celsius.
This Limited Warranty is for one full year from the date of purchase. It is applicable to the original
purchaser only and is not transferable to a third party user. Repair or replacement of defective parts is
solely at the seller's discretion. In the event that repair isn't possible, the seller will replace the
product/part. If product repair/replacement won't suffice, the seller has the option of refunding the cash
value of the product or component returned.
Product defects not covered under the Warranty provisions include normal wear and damage incurred
from use or accidental negligence, misuse of instruction specifications or repair by unauthorized parties.
The manufacturing company is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages incurred by such
circumstances.
