Remove Smart Cart from Package

Remove Carts Base from the Inside of the cooler bag

Insert both ends of base into the wheel holes
Press to attach on
hook and loop material

Unstrap cart (Two Straps)

Flatten the inside of the cooler bag
Push bottom ap down to the oor

Press button and pull up to extend the handle.
