CAUTION
WARNING:Risk of Fire.Min90℃ supply conductors.Consult a qualified electrician to ensure correct
branch circuit conductor.
Turn off the main power at the circuit breaker before installing the fixture, in order to prevent
possible shock.
All electrical connections must be in accordance with local and National Electrical Code (N.E.C.)
standards. If you are unfamiliar with proper electrical wiring connections obtain the services of a
qualified electrician.
Remove the fixture and the mounting package from the box and make sure that no parts are missing
by referencing the illustrations on the installation instructions.
ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
Turn off the power at fuse or circuit breaker.
1. Gently take all parts out of the package and lay them on a smooth surface. Remove screws from top of
back plate and remove mounting plate.
2. Attach the mounting plate to the Junction box using two junction box screw .
3. Connect the fixture wires to supply wires as shown in Fig.1,making sure that all wire connectors are secured.
If your outlet box has a green or bare copper ground wire,connect the fixture ground wire to it. Otherwise,
connect the fixture's ground wire directly to the back plate using the green screw provided. After wires are
connected,tuck them carefully inside the junction box.
4. Place the fixture plate over the mounting plate and secure with two cap nuts and lock washers.
5. Install the bulbs onto the socket.
6. Install the finial on the upper cover.
7. Install the finial and waterproof washer on the fixture bottom.
8. Secure the upper cover to fixture using two cap nuts and lock washers.
9. To prevent moisture from entering the outlet box and causing a short, use clear caulking (i.e. indoor/outdoor
silicone sealant) to outline the outside of the fixture back plate where it meets the wall. Leave a space at the
bottom to allow moisture to escape.
Turn on the power at fuse or circuit breaker
