Additional Safety Precautions
1. Do not leave unattended.
2. Keep away from children and pets.
3. Keep away from water and other sources of moisture.
4. Ensure working surfaces are clean, dry and debris free.
5. Once plugged in, glue pen is immediately heating up. Assume
hot at all times.
6. Do not unplug by pulling on the glue pen or cord; grab by plug.
7. Do not use any foreign material in the glue pen.
8. Unplug and allow to cool before storage.
9. Do not operate if cord is damaged or frayed.
10. Save these instructions and warnings for future reference.

Instructions
WARNING
Please take necessary safety precautions when using any electric tool to reduce the risk of
re, electric shock, and personal injury. This glue pen uses 120v electrical outlet and ts a
standard US outlet. Ensure plug is fully inserted into plug. If plug does not t, do not alter
plug. Operate glue pen only as directed. Westcott
CAUTION
– Do not touch heated nozzle or melted glue; temperatures can reach up to 400°F
or higher. Wear protective clothing, such as long sleeves, gloves, closed toe shoes, and safety
glasses when operating. For any accidental contact with melted glue: do not remove glue
from affected area; place burned area under cold running water.
Operating Instructions
1. For best results, use with Westcott
2. Items needed: Glue pen and two mini (7mm) glue sticks.
3. Insert the 1st glue stick into the rear of the glue pen until all the way forward.
4. Push 2nd glue stick into the glue pen until contact is made with the 1st glue stick.
5. Slide handle to rear position of glue pen.
6. Plug glue pen in.
7. Heat up the glue pen for 3-4 minutes to achieve working temperature.
8. Press the trigger button so the feeding mechanism will feed the melted glue out of
the glue pen.
9. Repeat steps 3-4 for general use.

This product is warranted to be free from all defects in workmanship for the period
speci ed above. Damage due to abuse, misuse, normal wear, industrial use or neglect is
not covered. Defective products will be repaired, replaced or substituted with the same
products or one of equal value. Product should be returned to: Acme United Corporation,
Attention: Customer Service Department. Send dated cash register receipt, with explana-
tion of defect. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.
