Practice making a quick transition from glove to throwing hand
Throw each other short hops. Aim for the ball to hit the
ground about 3 feet in front of your partner. Field short
center of your body, and keep your glove out in front
at least knock it down. As you perfect this, work on
backhand short hops and glove side short hops.

The two-hands trainer can be used in place of a glove during practice.

Before doing any of these drills, always stretch and warm up properly.
PARTNER DRILLS: Find a partner and space yourself approximately 20 ft apart.
