Guide Rails are used to hold the various grille plates and cooking trays. There are two Guide Rails that
can be removed for easy cleaning. Once the guide rails have been removed, use a sponge to clean with
warm water and soap to remove unwanted food particles. Once washed, be sure to dry thoroughly
before reinserting guide rails into the steak grille. Once the guide racks are dry, they need to be returned
to their normal position. See below illustrations.
The guide rails need to be securely attached for safe operation prior to cooking
Guide rails need to remain in place during cooking at all times
Do not remove grill rack until the interior cavity has cooled down
We recommend waiting at least 1 hour after using the steak grille before removing
Guide Rails (L & R) lift
up and gently pull out.
(1) Remove Guide Rails (rack holder)
Before removing the guide rail (rack holder), please take out all the other parts inside (like trip tray, grill
rack etc.); then slightly lift the guide rails to take them out horizontally.
(2) Re‐Insert Guide Rails (rack holder)
Place the 4 hooks of guide rail (rack holder) into the cavity holes located at the sides of the grill room.,
then slightly press the guide rail downwards for the guide rail is fully installed.
Note: Make sure the 4‐hooks in rack holder are fully inserted into corresponding slots.
