•
You will have one carton containing a cushion seat
and a base with Z-Bar attached which will make a
complete set of lounge seats.
•
The only tool needed is a Phillips head screwdriver.

Lay the lounge cushions out fully extended, with the
cushion side down (see illustration).
•
Remove the 8-1/4" x 1-1/2" screws and washers.
They will be the attachment hardware to fasten the
upholstered base to the lounge cushions.

The upholstered base has a cross section with two
air holes in it. With the base in the inverted position
and the Z-Brackets extended as shown in the,
illustration line up the holes in the brackets with the
holes in the seat boards.
•
Place the washers and screws into the holes.
Finger tighten until you get the screws started.
•
Finish tightening the screws until you have a snug fit.
This will complete all necessary assembly.
•
Carefully turn the completed lounge over so that the
base supports the cushions. You will then be able to
fold the lounge cushions into the base in it's upright
position.
•
The lounge is now ready for installation in the boat.
