TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Where can I buy extra battery?
Search for DOUBLE E 7.4V rechargeable battery on amazon or visit our brand store

2. Remote keep blinking red, lights of toy flash but do not move.
The remote does not pair with the toy. Please make sure rechargeable battery is fully
charged and AA for remote is fine. Turn on the toy first and then the remote. If they
pair, LED on remote lights up and then turns off.
3. The toy does not turn left/right or go forward/reverse.
When battery is low, the toy will disconnect with remote and will not move. Please
recharge it. If this does not work, please contact our service team with your order ID.
4. The car become slow when it turns left/right.
It's normal. Based on customer feedback, it's specially changed to lower speed when
steering, in order to avoid damage of the car and furniture.
