INTENDED USE
This tool set is designed for checking and setting the engine timing
on 1.8L and 2.0L FSI / TFSI engines type EA888. (Vehicle list in table
below).

• Remove the ignition key before repair so that the engine will not start unintentionally

• After any successful maintenance and before starting the engine, you should rotate the engine for two turns manually to check the new control
time
