Venustas Battery Heated Apparel Troubleshooting Guide
Thank you for purchasing Venustas battery heated clothing! Now that you've owned the excellent
heated jacket/ heated vest, just try it on! However, things would not always go the right way. You
may encounter some issues out of expectation while wearing this item.
We'll be so sorry for that and will try our best to fix it. That's why we create the step-by-step
troubleshooting guide. To solve your problem as soon as possible, we need to know more details.
Before you contact service@venustasofficial.com, please read and follow this guide.
Based on our customer feedback, we conclude some common issues.
1. Battery LCD displays nothing (Note: only 7.4V battery has LCD).
2. Battery LCD can display the number when inserting the USB ports.
3. Power button cannot flash in red/white/blue light.
4. Power button can circularly flash in red/white/blue light. But it has no reaction when
repressing the button.
5. Power button can circularly flash in red/white/blue light but the light quickly goes out.
6. Heating setting sometimes would lose control. For example, when you set the apparel at low
level, but it automatically is set at medium or high level.
7. Apparel cannot work when connecting to a fully charged battery. But it can work when the
cable doesn't completely plug into the battery port.

Part 1: Check your battery
Step 1: Press the button on the right side of the battery.
After doing this, you can check the left side to see if there is a flashing charge level indicator light
or number displayed on LCD.
