Troubleshooting for Wobbly or Not Lining Up
Generally speaking, there are the following 3 reasons for the shaking of the chair, please check
carefully.
1. Improper installation. In fact, not only chairs, but also many other furniture will have this
problem, please see our manual instructions carefully.
If your chair is a little wobbly on the floor, do not worry, here we have 2 different options to help
you address the problem.
Option 1: Find a table or chair where you can flip the dining chair upside down, find an Allen key,
firstly loosen bolts, check if the box frame of the bottom of the seat and the back of the chair are
flush level with each other, make sure no off between them as well. After you can get the two
things aligned, fully tighten the bolts at last.
Option 2: Loosen the bolts beforehand, flip the chair over, just place a little pressure to the center
of the seat, which will level the specific spots. Once you level it, tighten the bolts.
For the leg wobbling problem, please loosen bolts of both sides, then screw each side to a middle
tightness(around 50%, not too tight is okay),each chair has 1 inch of height adjustment space,
adjust the legs to a balance degree like attached then tighten all.
2.The lengths of the chair legs are not exactly the same, resulting in a gap from the ground after
installation. This reason is relatively unlikely because the chair legs are all made in batches.
Please compare all the legs to check it.
Also, there are 2 screw holes on each chair leg, and the distance between them is 0.3 cm of
adjustment space. If the leg is too short, try another screw hole please.
2.If above tips still not helps, we suspect now that it is not the leg, but how it is attached to the
seat bottom. The block of wood to which the leg is attached may be "off" by the 1/4". Could
you please put the Seat on a level surface and measure it with a ruler to confirm it?
3. Or, you could try to use longer foot peg to see if it helps?
Thanks for your kindly cooperation.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards
