Q: How to use it?
A: Easy to Use- Only 5 Seconds
1. Turn On - Press and hold the power button for 2-3s to switch on.
2. Function setting (massage and heating can be used simultaneously.):
Heat Setting: Short press heat icon to switch the temperature, 0℃-45℃-55℃-65℃.
Massage Setting: Short press massage icon to switch the vibration intensities. Five
levels (weak to strong): dark green-blue-pink-light green-red.
3. Screen Lock
Short press the power button again to lock the screen (to prevent accidental touch).
If you need to adjust the function, short press the power button again to unlock the
screen.
4. 30Mins Auto Off
After 30mins, the device will switch off automatically. If you need to continue using
it, just repeat steps 1-3.
Q: Why it takes a very long time to charge then it dies out after a few minutes?
A: The heating pad has
30mins auto-off
function, which is a safety mechanism. So
it does not mean that the battery is drained. You can simply press and hold the
power button for 2-3 seconds to restart it.
Q: Every time I move my arm hits the controller and changes the settings. How
to solve it?
