Bluetooth Range Seems Poor and/or Audio is
Skipping
If you are finding that you can't be as far from the Bluetooth adapter as you expected, or if
you're having issues with audio skipping or lagging, this is likely due to radio interference. More

Distorted or Low-Quality Sound in Speakers or

If you are encountering issues with sound quality when connected through the Bluetooth
adapter it is usually caused by an application switching between either Headset Profile (HSP) or
Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP). Headset Profile allows for microphone input from a
Bluetooth device in expense of reducing audio quality. Advanced Audio Distribution Profile is
