Turn off the water handle, remove the batteries, wipe clean the sensor area with a damp cloth and dry it
immediately, let the unit sit without batteries for 2 hours. Reload a new set of alkaline type batteries and
hold down the "Reset" button until the green light blinks (make sure the sink is clear and nothing is
blocking the sensor). Turn water handle back on.
The EZ Faucet fit most standard American sink faucet. If it does not fit your sink faucet, you can buy an
adaptor at hardware stores to connect the EZ Faucet with your sink faucet.
55/64" - 27 (Female/ Inside)
15/16" - 27 (Male/ Outside)
1) Turn off the water.
2) Put one hand under the EZ Faucet at the optimal sensor range; use the other hand to press on the
"Reset" button for 4 seconds until green light flashes.
3) Let go of both hands when green light stop flashing. Turn water handle on. New sensor range is set.
Click the "Reset" button to see if water comes out manually.
· If yes, problem is on the sensor. See "How to set the sensor range manually?"
· If water doesn't come out both automatically and manually:
Turn off the water handle. Then press and hold the "Reset" Button for 4 seconds to see if green light
starts flashing. If not, please double check the batteries.
Turn water handle to full blast and meanwhile "click click" the "Reset" button several times, let water
run one minute. Then reset the sensor, see "How to set the sensor range manually?"
Repeat this for a few times to lubricate the control valve.
After setting the sensor, turn water handle to on position again. Press the "Reset" button once to let
water run. Then Turn the water handle to adjust the water temperature. When water is set to the ideal
temperature, press the "Reset" button once again to turn the water off.
When cold water flow pushes the hot water flow to a reverse direction, there might be no hot water.
Buy a CHECK VALVE and adapt it with the hot water pipe.
The gasket is too thin to seal the space between the sink aerator and the EZ Faucet. Find the gasket of
the old aerator and put it on top of the gasket of the EZ Faucet. Or use Teflon tape to wrap around the
aerator.
Get an L-Shape wrench/screw with measurement 5/16. Then take out the gasket and the filter underneath
the washer. You will see a hole with hexagon shape. Tighten that part with the L-wrench (Do not over
tighten it).
Bottom of the sink is too close to the sensor. Please change to a shorter range, see "How to set the sensor
range manually?"
The "Reset" button is stuck. Quick clicking the "Reset" button a few times to make it bounce back. If it
doesn't work, lift up the plastic sticker, and use a pen to click the button under the plastic cover. If the
button bounced back, the light should stop blinking. Set it aside for a while, and reset the sensor.
Water dripping may be caused by some small particles or dust stuck in the EZ faucet: Manually turn on
the faucet by quickly pressing the "Reset" button once and let the water run for a minute. Repeat this
procedure a few times to get the dust washed out if necessary.
