When the low heat is too high, please follow the below steps to adjust the fire to your satisfactory flame.
1. Take off the cooking grate and flame tamer, so that you can observe the fire clearly.
2. Remove the knob, insert flat head screwdriver into the hole at the lower right hand corner, and
adjust turndown by leveling at the adjust screw.
3. Use flat head screwdriver to rotate about 45 degrees clockwise. The flame will be turndown.
4. Test one burner at one time, and check if the flame is stable. (If low heat flameout or unstable
situation happen, please rotate to counter clockwise with a flat head screwdriver until the fire will
not flameout.)
5. Repeat for the other burners.
