Set the backset of Latch Assembly to 2-3/8” or 2-3/4” (60mm or 70mm) to fit your door hole as above image, then insert the Latch Assembly into the door hole, and drive screw A to fix the Latch Assembly, then install Strike Box and Strike Plate with screw A into the door frame.
Page 7 Important note: Please make sure the Exterior Knob Module positioned with the label “UP” is at upside, and Spindle/Stems come into the three holes of Latch Assembly. 6.2. Installation of Interior Knob Module 6.2.1. Pull out the Interior Knob from Trim as below image per the note of Cardboard for fixing screw driving.

Interior Knob onto Interior Trim. Please make sure the that all parts are rightly positioned/oriented per below image. 7. Checking the Built-in Lithium Battery (Rechargeable) Once above steps have been done successfully, you will need to check the built-in battery by touching the Fingerprint reader on Exterior Knob Module. If electronics are not responding, please use Power bank or other Type-C cable to connect the Exterior Knob Module for power supply and recharging the built-in Lithium battery.

8. Checking of Function 8.1. After the Lockset is installed, please check the functions by turning of Knobs and Thumb Turn to make sure they can be rotated freely. 8.2. Also, when you have downloaded the APP and set the fingerprints, you can try all the functions, along with the Thumb Turn functional modes (Normal - Auto Lock, Privacy and Passage).
