1.OVERVIEW
1)
AEO Solar-powered irrigation system is an application of solar-powered water pumping system used in gardens
for watering the plants, vegetables.
2)
The automatic solar garden irrigation system is designed for home gardening; reduce labor and time to maintain soil
moisture for flowers and vegetables.
3)
[IMPORTANT] The system is powered by solar energy. The solar panel needs to be placed in the sunlight with its
solar cells facing the sun and without any shade or coverage.
4)
The system automatically irrigates the plants twice a day based on the power start and stop from Solar Panels.
5)
System can support up to fifty drippers; it can be set up with a single or several drippers for each plant.
6)
There are 5 working modes available differentiated by working minutes per watering to cater various needs from
different types of plants, weathers, seasons and soils. The volume of the water irrigated per watering session is
proportional to the working minutes.

    4. CONSTRUCTION GUIDE 5. INSTALLATION STEP BY STEP Unpack all components carefully. [CONTROL UNIT] Find an appropriate location for the placement of the control unit. The location should be able to avoid the control unit getting soaked into water when raining. The control unit can be installed vertically (recommended) as shown in Figure 2 or lay it flat.
  • Page 5 [SOLAR PANEL KIT] Solar Panel needs to be fully exposed under the sun, do not leave it under the shade or any coverage. Install the solar panel with the ground spike. Facing Solar Cells towards the midday sun and tightening the gland nut as shown in Figure3 and Figure 4.

    [WATER LEVEL DECTECTOR] Roll out the cable from water level detector and insert the plug to the socket on the control unit labeled “Water Level” as shown in Figure 6. Push the water level detector into the dedicated base on the top of the water filter as shown in Figure 7 and place the water filter and the attached detector on the bottom of the reservoir.

    Turn on the control unit by the SYSTEM ON/OFF switch and the SYSTEM indicator on the panel will light as shown in Figure 10 and Figure 11. SYSTEM indicator could be in one of the below three colors, proceed only when it is green Green: The system is ready for operation.

If there is no water come out of a dripper, check and clean all parts of the dripper as shown in Figure 14. 4) If the working minutes per watering session fall short of the setting value, replace the battery that is exhausted with a new one (Referring to Figure 15).
