Brush Ring Removal Instructions
Part #09185. During use with lower powered Wet/Dry Vacuums the brush ring can cause the user to press hard to create contact with the wall.
To alleviate this issue, you can remove the brush ring from the product. Wiping down of the surface after sanding to remove dust is recommended.

Remove the pole from the head

Use a screwdriver or other prying
tool to dislodge the brush ring
from the sanding head

Remove the foam pad from the inside of
the head by pulling apart hook and loop

Remove the brush ring and reattached
the foam pad to the sanding head

Vacuum any dust
inside the head

Reattach the Pole

Locate and remove the 4 small Phillips
screws securing the brush ring

Sander is now read to use
