Please make sure discs are not blu-ray or
mp4 discs, and they are not scratched, you
can try some other discs. If still doesn't
work, please try below way:
1. Open the disc cover and do not put any
discs
2.Move the laser head back and forth,
repeat several times, please do not touch
the lens.
3.Then move the laser head to the middle
position.
4. Wipe the laser head with a clean soft
cloth and then and use new discs to try
again.
