Troubleshooting steps
This product was designed for older televisions with Stereo Audio connectors or a headphone jack:
newer televisions with HDMI or Digital Optical should instead use headphone model WH-L600 (ref
attached email).
 Since the WH-RF400 operates at 900 MHz, static/noise may occur depending on the wireless
environment it is being used in, however, the following troubleshooting steps may resolve the
issue:
a) Change CHANNEL on the transmitter and press the Auto Tuning button on the
headphones. (ref

b) Relocate the transmitter—particularly away from anything metal and from electrical
devices that generate electromagnetic fields—so it produces the clearest sound.
c) Use the headphones closer to the transmitter.
d) Lower the volume of the television, and then increase the volume button on the
headphones.
e) Ensure battery pack is fully charged.
 It is possible to insert the batteries backwards: customer should confirm the battery pack is
inserted in the correct orientation.
