Q:How to charge it correctly?
Please place the watch on a horizontal surface with the back facing up,
and then charge it.
When charging, align the magnetic end of the charging cable with the
charging contacts on the back of the watch. Then plug the USB end of the
charging cable into multiple devices such as laptops, desktops or power
banks.
Q: How to download the app "HeroBandIII"?
1, Scan the QR code to download it.
2, Download it from Google Play or browser (for Android phones) or
APP Store (for iPhones).
NOTE:
The APP is only compatible with Android 5.0 / iOS 9.0 or above
smartphones.
